If we cancel your order after payment, you will receive a full refund.

2. Personalized Products

Many of our products are engraved with your custom text. Please double-check spelling, capitalization and punctuation before you submit. Because these items are made to order with your personal text, we cannot exchange or refund them for change-of-mind reasons. We are not responsible for engraving text that you submit incorrectly.

3. Prohibited Engraving Content

We may refuse to produce an order whose engraving text is unlawful, offensive, infringing, or includes third-party trademarks, logos, or protected characters without permission. In that case we will contact you and offer a full refund.

4. Pricing and Payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice. We use reasonable efforts to keep prices and product information accurate, but we are not responsible for typographical errors. Payment is due in full at checkout through our approved secure payment methods — see our Payment Methods page for details.

5. Shipping and Returns

We do our best to describe colors, sizes and materials accurately. Because wood is a natural material, grain and tone vary slightly from piece to piece, which is normal and not a defect.
