Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! Here is everything you need to know about shipping rates and delivery times.

1. Production Time

Because every wooden rack is engraved and finished to order, please allow 3 – 7 business days of production time before your order ships. During busy seasons (holidays, sales), production may take a little longer. We will email you as soon as your order leaves our workshop.

2. Shipping Rates

  • Standard shipping: a flat rate of $7.99 per order.
  • FREE shipping on all orders over $69.00.
  • Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • After production, delivery within the United States typically takes 8 – 15 business days.
  • Orders to other countries usually arrive within 10 – 20 business days.
  • These are estimates, not guarantees. Customs processing, weather, holidays or carrier delays may extend delivery.

4. Tracking Information

Once your order ships, we will email you a tracking number and a link to follow your package. If you do not receive it within the production time above, check your spam folder or contact us at service@mxybsd.com.

5. Customs, Duties and Taxes

Import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by your country are not included in our prices or shipping cost. They are the responsibility of the recipient. If your package is held or returned due to unpaid customs fees, we cannot refund the original shipping cost.

6. Address Changes and Failed Delivery

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. We cannot redirect an order once production has started. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you; reshipping at the original rate, or a refund minus the shipping cost, is your choice.

7. Missing or Delayed Packages

If your package has not arrived within 30 days after shipping, contact us with your order number. We will work with the carrier to locate it, and resend or refund if it is confirmed lost.
