3. Billing Information

Your billing address must match the address registered with your card issuer. Incorrect or incomplete billing details may cause your payment to be declined or your order delayed.

4. Currency Conversion

If your card is issued in a currency other than USD, your bank may apply a currency conversion rate and processing fees that are outside our control. The amount on your card statement may therefore differ slightly from the price shown on our website.

5. If Your Payment Is Declined

Please try an alternative payment method or contact your bank. If your card is charged but no order was created, email us at service@mxybsd.com with the transaction details, and we will investigate and refund the charge if confirmed.

6. Order Verification

To protect our customers, orders with unusual payment patterns may require additional verification before production. If this applies to your order, we will contact you by email — this does not mean your payment has failed.
